Vaccinations are important to protect your pets against serious, life-threatening, infectious diseases. We recommend a triennial vaccination for dogs for Distemper, Hepatitis and Parvovirus.
Dogs should be vaccinated against Parvovirus, Distemper, Infectious Hepatitis and Canine Cough (Kennel Cough).
Cats should be vaccinated against Feline Enteritis, Feline Respiratory Disease (Cat Flu), and Chlamydia. Vaccination against Feline Aids is also available and should be discussed with your vet.
Rabbits should be vaccinated against Calicivirus.

A broad range of surgical procedures are performed ranging from routine desexings, lump removals to more complicated procedures such as fracture repairs and knee reconstructions.
A Pre-Anaesthetic Health Check is performed to determine the health of the heart and lungs prior to all anaesthetics. A Pre-Anaesthetic Blood Test will also be offered which helps to assess the health of your pet's liver and kidneys as well as pointing to other potential problems. Preventative measures can then be put in place to improve the safety of the anaesthetic required. Blood testing can also be the first indicator that a problem is developing and allows preventative measures to be put in place (eg a special diet).
The latest anaesthetics are used and are chosen on the basis of the checks carried out, the age and breed of your pet, and the procedure to be performed.
Excellent anaesthetic regimes are in place with continuous monitoring of all anaesthetised animals.
Pain relief is provided to all surgical cases to increase the level of comfort. The heated, hydraulic operating table also ensures maximum patient care.
